When will the next issue come out?
We publish two issues a year, one in Spring/Summer and one in Fall/Winter.

Is the magazine available online?
We only publish issues in print, but we have exclusive articles, listicles, and updates on our website and social media.

Do you take submissions?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major Credit and Debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and ApplePay.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
All orders ship within a week of purchase.

Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see our Shipping page for further details.

I have not received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
Please allow one week after purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. You should receive an email once your order has shipped. If you have not received an email in this time, please check your spam folder and verify whether you entered your email correctly when placing your order. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us at phantasmagteam@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped your order, we can amend this for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.

What is the difference between Standard, Economy, and Tracked International shipping service?
Royal Mail’s International Standard service ships your order to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 6-7 working days.
The cheapest service, International Economy, ships your order by lorry or boat and can take up to several months to reach you for overseas orders.
Tracked International service ships worldwide within 6-7 working days, but it is an express service and can therefore arrive sooner than International Standard and includes a tracking number. Please see our Shipping page for further details.
